Snow - A Book Inspired Sensory Bin

Here is a calming sensory bin that brings the gentle beauty of snow to life. Inspired by the book 'Snow" this bin allows children to explore the concept of snowfall and seasonal change through sensory play while strengthening language, fine motor, and observational skills.

Learning Objectives
* Fine Motor Skills - Scoop, spoon, tong, and pour using the tools provided to develop pincer grip and hand strength essential for writing.
* Language Development - Encourage your child to recall and sequence details from the book. Vocabulary development, story connection, and expressive language emerge when children engage in story based sensory play.
* Science - Stimulates curiosity for early science concepts on weather patterns ( how a snow flake is formed and how every snow flake is unique).

* Hand painted tools such as a small wooden pinch bowl, wooden egg holder cup, 2 plastic magnifiers, medium wooden scoop, small steel tong, and a small steel spoon.
* Loose parts - 5 plastic mini snowmen, 3 plastic trees, hand painted wooden girl peg doll with scarf and hat, mini plastic dog, silicone snowflake ice tray, 28 hand painted wooden mini snowflakes.
* Plastic tray is not included but can be added on at an additional cost.
* The book 'Snow' by Marion Dane Bauer is not included but can be added on at an additional cost.

Care Instructions
* Store the sensory mix and the loose parts in a cool, dry place(They can be stored in the press and seal bags that they come in).
* Not for use with water.
* Wash hands before and after use.
