Hello Everyone,
I am Anu Uppuluri the creator of Playbin Company, a small business making seasonal and customized sensory bins for preschoolers. I am a Montessori preschool teacher and a mom to boys. I embarked on this journey after observing the joy these bins brought to the children in my classrooms. It created an opportunity for them to express themselves and build upon their imagination by manipulating the materials.

My bins are inspired by books that stimulate children's curiosity by providing just enough context for their minds to ask questions, 'what if, why, where, how'.

The bins come with -
- Sensory fillers of varying textures/colors that are hand colored using non toxic and child safe food dyes and paints. I use grains, legumes, lentils and pastas.
- Miniature tools for scooping, pouring, tonging etc that help develop fine motor skills.
- Miniature figurines depicted in the books, to support imaginative play and enhance vocabulary building.
